Because all the "biker friendly" businesses think that the bikers will come anyway. Our survey of 85 advertisers - 83 said that they did not need to let the bikers know that they would be open and welcome their business (MONEY) BECAUSE THEY WOULD COME AND SPEND MONEY ANY WAY!
